The all-day life of a Yacht includes a vast range of issues. In strict cooperation with the Captain, and always in accordance with the Owner, Sea Metria ensures that the Yacht is always kept in good running condition. Amongst other, the service includes: manage and oversee Flag State and Classification Society requirements; assistance in maintaining LY2 (or equivalent) large Yacht commercial code compliance; management of planned/unplanned maintenance; Shipyard allocation; supply of third party technical assistance and sub-contractors.

Nowadays we represent a reference point in the Yacht world for companies like Lloyd’s London and Pantaenius Hamburg. We offer our partners, besides the purely technical aspect of claim assessment, a consultancy for all the administrative management aspects that can occur.
CONDITION SURVEY
Second hand market is covering an increasing role in the yacht world, also considering the worldwide contraction of the new projects, and the collapse of the purchase prices in respect to the past.
There is no real benchmark to rely on for a specific skilled and appropriate survey,
that means that for a Shipowner this kind of survey represents an added value of great importance.
Beside that activity, we often intervene as consulter during the delivery stage of new buildings and/or sales of used vessels.
